Dark, decadent, indulgent!
This rich flourless chocolate cake is a lovely dessert or great to celebrate an occasion: it contains no flour substitute, and as such has a wonderful truffle-like texture.
Please be advised due to this, the top of this cake can crack a little. We dust it generously with cocoa powder on top to give it a rich, rustic finish.
This cake is 9" & will make 10-12 hungry people happy
