A bit of a showstopper!  A beautiful swiss meringue covers a light 4-layer vanilla sponge filled with 2 layers of lemon curd, a touch of salted caramel and a splash of lemon syrup.

Ingredients: Eggs, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, flour, baking powder, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest, corn flour, whipping cream, light corn syrup, brown sugar
